Fountains Abbey

Bank Holiday Monday was the last day of our holiday and on the way back we stopped at Fountains Abbey, somewhere I remember visiting as a child. The ruins are amazing and the water garden is really beautiful too.

We even managed to sneak in one final cream tea before we left for home.

Impressed that you remember your previous visit. Always manage a cream tea before you go home!
