Grassington

We started our second day of walking in Grassington and headed along the River Wharfe towards Mill bridge, a suspension bridge which we had loads of fun crossing and re-crossing.

Then we turned up the hill to Hebden and a great little tea shop in the old school house in the village where we had some lunch.

After that, we headed back up the valley and back towards Grassington, tea and cake.

On the way back to Settle we drove via Malham Tarn as we hadn’t walked up to it the day before. As we walked to the Tarn we spotted a deer and Mr M managed to get a picture just as it spotted us.

The tea shop in Hebden was a welcome sight after all our walking and we got ourselves a great lunch, I’d highly recommend it.
